Design Approval & Customization

  • Customers must approve final artwork and design proofs before production.

  • TELA APPAREL is not responsible for design errors once approval is given.

  • Colors, fabrics, and materials may vary slightly due to printing and manufacturing processes.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise agreed.

  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information; reshipping fees apply for returned/undeliverable orders.

Returns & Refunds

  • Custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

  • Non-custom items may be returned within 3 days if unused and in original condition.

  • Defective or damaged items must be reported within 5 days for replacement or refund.
